Amazing service, i love all of the complimentary things! The warm cookies and hot cocoa/tea/coffee are all very nice touches. The rooms were very clean and had a cute balcony with great privacy. The hot tub and pool looked great but it was raining so we did not go in. Overall i would love to stay again!!!
My wife and I headed to California for the first time to attend a funeral of a family member, and had to make somewhat of a quick decision on where to stay. With very little research into area hotels, we decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Novato Oaks Inn, and I have to say, I'm extremely happy we chose this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing; very accommodating and caring, and always eager to help with any questions or requests we had. The hotel provides breakfast every morning until 0930. There was a great variety of items to choose from, such as: eggs, all kinds of breads and bagels, sausage, bacon, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and many other items. The cooking staff were amazing and kind, and quick to replenish any of the food items that were running low. The rooms were spacious and kept clean by the housekeepers. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel or the personnel. Should my wife and I find ourselves back in CA, I will absolutely stay here again. Anyone who knows me would tell you that I am very particular about cleanliness and have zero tolerance for rudeness and carelessness, so for me to write such a glowing review of this hotel, speaks volumes. I hope this review helps anyone out there who, like me, is looking for a place to stay and the only information you have are the reviews.
Our rooms were clean, well taken care of. Beds are comfortable and staff were amazing. We didn’t eat breakfast but it’s there - nothing fancy.
Service is great. Rooms are very clean. Shower head is nice but the temperature would constantly change from warm to scorching hot:/ breakfast has good options and they have almond milk
This was among the best stays I've experienced! Front desk staff was absolutely amazing (Jody) kind, efficient and helpful! Room was absolutely clean and comfortable and the hot tub was the best. Absolutely will stay again!

This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure guests have a positive experience. Top notch breakfast buffet! Rooms are quiet and extremely clean. We love this place.
